Is training provided?

Yes, event volunteers will receive a 60-90 min FAFSA training put on by the State Coordinator. This training will familiarize volunteers with the structure of the FAFSA on the web and how to guide a student or family through a basic FAFSA walk-through. Additional training is available for more complicated FAFSA filing situations.

Who will contact me?

After completing the Volunteer Form, you will be contacted by the Statewide Coordinator. Once you’ve been assigned to an event location, all communications will go through the specific site coordinator at your chosen event. You can find Site Coordinator contract information under Event Locations.
